Why two more years
A machine whose consumption, temperature and load time are read continuously does not fail by surprise: drift shows before the stoppage, and servicing follows real running hours rather than a theoretical calendar.
Risk falls, the warranty lengthens. It is that simple, and it is written into the contract.

The extension runs for as long as supervision stays active. If the supervision contract ends, the warranty reverts to three years from acceptance: the two extra years are never acquired for good. A supervision outage shorter than 30 consecutive days does not cost the extension. Servicing by an approved installer, wear parts excluded.

How do I get the two additional years of warranty?
By placing the installation under SEENTINEL supervision, our compressed air supervision and sequencing partner. The machine warranty then runs from three to five years for as long as supervision stays active: if the supervision contract ends, it reverts to three years from acceptance. The ten years of parts apply either way.
How long does the CEZIUM warranty actually last?
3 years on the complete machine (air-end, electric motor, PLC controller) from acceptance (the signed acceptance certificate if the machine is installed, otherwise receipt of the delivery), extended to 5 years for as long as the installation stays supervised by SEENTINEL. 10 years of contractual spare-parts availability after delivery. Both durations appear in the contract, not only in a brochure.
Is the air-end included in the warranty?
Yes, fully, for the whole warranty period. Screw, rotary vane or piston - every CEZIUM air-end is covered.
What are the conditions for the warranty to apply?
Three cumulative conditions: (1) preventive maintenance tracked by an approved CEZIUM partner at manufacturer intervals, log kept up to date; (2) suitable industrial environment - intake-air temperature, humidity and cleanliness within spec, adequate ventilation; (3) compliant use - pressure, flow and duty cycle within the rated range, no unauthorised hardware modification.
What is not covered?
Consumable wear parts (oil, filters, seals, belts, desiccant) are not free-replacement but remain available for 10 years at catalogue price. Damage caused by non-compliant use, unsuitable environment or intervention outside the approved network without prior agreement is excluded.
How do you compare one warranty with another?
Three questions, contract in hand and never from a brochure: how long on the complete machine, how long parts remain available, and whether the air-end is covered or excluded. The answers vary from one manufacturer and one contract to the next, which is why we do not publish other people's terms, we write our own. At CEZIUM: 2 years on the complete machine, 5 under SEENTINEL supervision, 10 years of parts availability, air-end included.
What happens after the warranty?
The machine keeps running normally - the warranty is not the useful life. Spare parts remain contractually available up to 10 years after delivery, at catalogue price. Beyond that, repair depends on what the network can supply.
Does service really cover Authorised network?
Yes, through a network of approved distributors and installers. Typical intervention within 24 to 48 working hours in Western Europe, 72 hours across the rest of the network. No international shipping for a simple wear part - critical references are served by the local network.
Where do I get the detailed master contract?
The master contract is sent on request via the contact form (subject « warranty ») or by your local distributor during the commercial consultation. A named warranty certificate is delivered alongside the installation.
