Lubricated rotary vane vacuum pumps
A lubricated rotary vane pump creates vacuum with an off-centre rotor whose vanes sweep the stator; oil provides the seal. Two ranges: one for flow, up to 300 m³/h and 0.1 mbar, one for deep vacuum, down to 0.005 mbar with gas ballast closed.

7 modelsFrom 40 to 300 m³/h, ultimate vacuum 0.1 mbar, 0.1 to 0.5 mbar up to 100 m³/h, 64 to 75 dB(A). For air and dry gases, on its own or as a backing pump.
Rotary vane, 0.005 mbar
7 modelsFrom 9.9 to 90 m³/h at 50 Hz, ultimate vacuum 0.005 mbar with gas ballast closed, when the process needs deeper vacuum than 0.1 mbar.
