How it works ↓
What is an air station for laser cutting?
A lubricated screw compressor, a dryer, precision filtration and an air receiver in one unit, at 16 or 20 bar: the pressure and air quality a laser cutting head demands. The 5-in-1 and skid-mounted versions add an adsorption dryer.

The air station cut for laser cutting, from 11 to 37 kW, at 16 or 20 bar: lubricated screw compressor, dryer, precision filtration and receiver in one unit. The 5-in-1 and skid-mounted versions add an adsorption dryer.
For a workshop without a laser, the standard all-in-one from 7.5 to 22 kW is enough.
The 4-in-1 adapted for laser cutting machines: a lubricated screw compressor delivering 16 or 20 bar, a dryer, precision filtration and an air receiver, combined in a single assembly.
Laser cutting needs dry, clean air at high pressure. The precision filters in series (down to 0.001 µm) stop oil, water and dust before the cutting head; the 5-in-1 and skid-mounted versions add an adsorption dryer.
Laser cutting workshops: sheet metal work, mechanical subcontracting, metal fabrication. The 20 bar skid-mounted stations are rated for laser machines with a power of 30 kW to 60 kW.
Precision filtration
Five filters in series (C, T, A, X, F) on the 5-in-1 and skid-mounted versions: oil, water and dust stop before the cutting head.
16 or 20 bar at the outlet
The pressure that cutting machines demand, with no booster to add between the compressor and the laser.
A single assembly to connect
Compressor, dryer, filtration and air receiver mounted together: one electrical supply and one air outlet.
Secure production
Dry, clean air continuously: fewer rejects, fewer stoppages, optics service life preserved.
