How it works.
Le bloc à palettes — rotor excentré et palettes coulissantes — est ici entraîné par un moteur à aimants permanents piloté par variateur de fréquence (PM-VSD). La vitesse s'adapte en continu à la demande d'air.
On cumule ainsi les atouts des palettes (silence, longévité, démarrages illimités) et ceux du variateur (économie d'énergie en charge variable, pression stable, démarrage doux).
What makes the difference.
Économie en charge variable
Le variateur adapte le régime à la demande réelle : économie d'énergie marquée dès que la consommation fluctue, sans cycles de délestage.
Moteur à aimants permanents
Rendement élevé maintenu même à bas régime, IP55 classe F, accouplement direct au bloc à palettes.
Silence des palettes
Le faible niveau sonore de la technologie à palettes, encore réduit à bas régime grâce au variateur.
Longévité ~100 000 h
Basse vitesse de rotation et démarrage progressif : durée de vie du bloc à palettes préservée, démarrages illimités.
