In short

What is a stationary diesel compressor?

A large diesel compressor installed in a fixed position, producing high pressure continuously, up to 35 bar, where electrical power does not exist. It is chosen for autonomy, not efficiency.

Against the neighbouring ranges

The large stationary diesel, from 295 to 447 kW, from 24 to 35 bar: drilling, quarries, remote sites where electrical power does not exist. It delivers 25 to 37 m³/min continuously.

As soon as an electrical connection is possible, the lubricated screw of the same flow is to be preferred.

The same principle as the portable unit (screw air-end driven by a diesel engine), but in a fixed configuration, for sites permanently without an electricity grid or that need an air source independent of the grid.

The unit is installed permanently, often enclosed, with a fuel tank sized for long periods of autonomous operation.

Typical uses

Remote sites in long-term operation: off-grid installations, emergency stations, industrial sites far from the grid, applications requiring air production independent of the electrical supply.

Strengths

Independent of the grid

Air production with no electrical supply: an off-grid site, or a backup that does not depend on the power supply.

From 25 to 37 m³/min

From 24 to 35 bar depending on the model, for the flow and pressure needs of a heavy installation.

Oil-injected screw air-end

A diesel engine drives an oil-injected screw air-end, in a permanently installed unit.
