Oil-free piston 30 to 60 bar
Oil-free dry piston compressor: 30, 40 or 60 bar reached straight from ambient air, in two or three air-cooled stages. From 0.6 to 2.4 m³/min, from 7.5 to 30 kW.

What is a dry piston compressor?
A piston compressor with no oil in the cylinders, in two or three air-cooled stages: it goes on its own from ambient air to 30, 40 or 60 bar. It is the direct route to clean medium pressure, with no low-pressure network upstream.

How it works
The oil-free piston goes on its own from ambient air to 30, 40 or 60 bar: from 7.5 to 30 kW, from 0.6 to 2.4 m³/min, for blow moulding and clean air needs at medium pressure.
If an 8 or 10 bar network already exists, the booster of the neighbouring family takes that air instead of compressing everything from ambient air.
A piston compressor that reaches 30, 40 or 60 bar starting from ambient air: the air is compressed in two or three successive stages, air-cooled.
The piston is dry: no oil in the compression chamber, and therefore none in the air produced.
PET bottle blowing and any need for oil-free air between 30 and 60 bar, where no 8 or 10 bar network can feed a booster.
From 30 to 60 bar without a network
The machine starts from ambient air: no low-pressure compressor upstream, unlike the booster.
Dry piston
No oil in the compression: the air comes out oil-free, for blowing as well as for the product.
From 0.6 to 2.4 m³/min
From 7.5 to 30 kW depending on the model, in two or three air-cooled stages.
