Tank-mounted rotary vane
Rotary vane compressor on a 200/400 L tank - ready-to-use all-in-one for the workshop. Stabilised pressure, immediate commissioning, vane longevity.
4 models in the catalogue, flow 0.68 - 1.96 m³/min, pressure 8 - 13 bar, noise level 72 - 76 dB(A).
How it works ↓
What is a tank-mounted rotary vane compressor?
The vane air-end mounted on its 200 or 400 litre receiver: the workshop set that you put down, plug in and start. The receiver smooths out flow peaks and avoids bursts of starts.

The rotary vane compressor mounted on its receiver, from 4 to 11 kW: the workshop unit that is set down, plugged in and started. The receiver smooths the flow demands and avoids bursts of starts.
For a higher flow or an integrated dryer, see the 3-in-1 version of the family; for on-board use, the onboard version.
The ASM series takes the standard vane air-end of the A series and mounts it at the factory on an air receiver (200 or 400 L depending on power). Compressor, motor and receiver form a single unit, pre-assembled and tested.
The buffer receiver stabilises pressure, absorbs variations in demand and reduces the frequency of starts: less wear, less consumption. The unit arrives ready to use: connect the air and the electricity, and production starts.
Workshops, SMEs and craftspeople who want a complete compressed air source without designing an installation: bodywork, mechanical work, joinery, small production lines. Small footprint, immediate commissioning, rotary vane longevity.
All-in-one on an air receiver
Vane air-end + 200/400 L receiver, pre-assembled and tested: a single machine to set down and connect.
Stabilised pressure
The buffer receiver smooths the pressure and reduces the compressor's on/off cycles: less wear and less energy.
Ready to use
Delivered factory-tested: no installation study or piping to design, quick commissioning.
Rotary vane longevity
Vanes that keep their seal as they wear, intermittent duty accepted, maintenance with standard tools.
