Mobile, rugged, off-grid.

Construction sites, quarries and extraction sites require mobile, rugged compressors operating off-grid. They power jackhammers, drills, sandblasting and pneumatic demolition tools, in harsh environmental conditions: dust, vibrations, extreme temperatures, trailer transport.

Technical challenges

What needs to be solved.

  • 01Ensure complete energy autonomy via an integrated diesel engine compliant with CE Stage V emissions standards, with all-weather starting.
  • 02Withstand field conditions (dust, shocks, road transport) thanks to a reinforced chassis and ISO 3744 compliant acoustic enclosure.
  • 03Keep maintenance simple and accessible for site teams — direct access to filters, oil change, level checks.
Use case

A concrete example.

A tunnel construction site uses four CZ-SLT-DSL-180 mobile diesel compressors of 18 m³/min at 10 bar, mounted on road-approved trailers. They power pneumatic jackhammers and drills at constant pressure, with a diesel consumption of 12 L/h at average load. Weekly maintenance is performed on-site by the construction team, with a spare filter kit sized for 500 h of operation.
