Terms of sale

In France, sales are concluded by LIDAIR SAS, CEZIUM's distributor in France, under these terms. Outside France, they are concluded by the CEZIUM distributor for the country, under its own general terms, issued with the quotation.

No price is published on this site. Every request is answered with a quotation in euros excluding tax, excluding delivery and installation. Only the quotation binds the seller.

30 days from the date of issue, unless the quotation states otherwise.

The lead time is confirmed in the quotation, per reference. Specific configurations or high power ratings: 4 to 8 weeks depending on factory availability.

Three years on the machine from acceptance (signed acceptance certificate if LIDAIR installs the machine, otherwise receipt of the delivery), airend included, parts and labour through the partner network, travel not included unless stated otherwise, subject to servicing by an approved installer. Wear parts excluded. Spare parts available for ten years after the delivery date.

The machine warranty is extended to five years when the installation is supervised by SEENTINEL. The extension is conditional on supervision being maintained: if the supervision contract ends, the warranty reverts to its standard three years from acceptance. The two additional years are therefore never definitively acquired. An interruption of supervision ends the extension only beyond 30 consecutive days. This 30-day period also runs from the end of the supervision contract. Interruptions attributable to SEENTINEL or to force majeure are not counted.

According to the terms and any deposit stated on the quotation, within 60 days of the invoice date (article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code). Any late payment automatically incurs penalties at the European Central Bank refinancing rate plus 10 percentage points, and a fixed compensation of 40 euros for recovery costs (article D441-5). The equipment remains the seller's property until the price is paid in full (article 2367 of the French Civil Code); risks pass to the buyer on delivery.

These terms are governed by French law. Where the buyer is a trader, any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, including summary proceedings and cases with several defendants.
