What we collect, why, and what you can require.
- Data controller
- LIDAIR SAS, publisher of the site, 128 rue La Boétie, 75008 Paris, reachable at [email protected].
- Data collected
- Through the site forms: company, name, email, phone, and the technical details of your requirement (flow, pressure, air quality targeted, machine reference). No sensitive data.
- Purpose
- To prepare a technical and commercial proposal, and to put you in touch with the nearest CEZIUM partner for commissioning and after-sales service.
- Recipients
- LIDAIR SAS and, where the introduction requires it, the partner distributor or installer for your region. No data is sold or passed on for advertising purposes. Technical processors: Cloudflare (hosting and form reception) and Resend (email routing), both bound by the EU standard contractual clauses for transfers outside the Union.
- Legal basis
- Pre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR, art. 6.1.b), and the publisher's legitimate interest in answering a commercial enquiry.
- Retention period
- 36 months after the last contact, then deletion. Earlier deletion on request.
- Your rights
- Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, by writing to [email protected]; answer within 30 days. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French supervisory authority.
- Audience measurement and cookies
- The site measures its audience with Plausible, without cookies or personal identifiers, which exempts it from a consent banner. Only strictly necessary technical cookies (language preference) may be set.
- Security
- Exchanges with the site and its forms are encrypted (HTTPS).
