3rd generation air-end
Optimized asymmetric rotors, high-efficiency tooth profile, axial channel design. 200,000 h service life. +5 to 15 % efficiency vs previous generation.
Premium motor
High-temperature NdFeB permanent magnets (up to 200 °C). Class F, IP55, +5-7 % efficiency vs IE3 standard. Typical 15-year service life.
Heavy-duty bearings
Double-row tapered roller bearings, dynamic double-lip sealing. Service life 80,000 to 100,000 h. Load capacity above industrial standards.
iControl 5" controller
Multilingual touchscreen, 14 active protections (overload, short-circuit, reversal, temperature, pressure). Modbus/TCP communication, remote monitoring.
Acoustic enclosure
Multi-layer soundproofing with mineral fiber absorbers. Noise level reduced to 60-78 dB(A) at 1 m. ISO 3744 compliant for workshop integration.
Simplified maintenance
Direct access to all service components via removable panels. Filters, oil separator and oil changed without disassembly. Service interval 4,000 to 8,000 h.
Fixed-speed — the reference.
The lubricated fixed-speed screw compressor is the default choice for constant-load applications. Air or water cooling, 24/7 operation, fastest ROI.

Permanent-magnet VSD.
For fluctuating loads (machine cycles, variable demand), VSD continuously adjusts rotation speed from 25 % to 100 %. Real savings 30-35 % per year.

Two-stage PM VSD — CEZIUM strength.
Two-stage compression with intermediate cooling approaches the theoretical isothermal cycle. Maximum savings on energy-intensive sites 16-24 h/day.
